K. Mr Bentham to Mr John Donne: exhibiting the
plan pursued by in treating with the several parties here and the two other
immediate Tenants interested: viva voce – the explanations of the intended having
been given previously to the delivery thereof having been
all to the same effect, an debarred hold given before a competent
witness.

L. Mr Bentham to Mr John Donne: Sketch of a
Contrace and Counter-Agreement proposed to be
entered into at the proper stage drawn up with a
view to Mr Benthams letter to the Mr Long (B) and
Mr Benthams White's to Mr Bentham (C) delivered
March 1800. The like to the two other immediate
Tenants, mutatis mutandis.

M. 1, 2, 3, &c Mr Estimate of Damage by from
Mr John Unthant, Market Gardener and Cow keeper, one other of the three immediate
Tenants, for the tenements holden by him as immediate
Tenant, and those holden by him under Mr Donne.

N. Estimate of damage from Mr Benjamin Hodges
Distiller – the remaining one of the three for the tenements occupied by him as immediate
Tenant, and those occupied by him as Under Tenant
