Having this expence to advance 3 3/4 Years sooner than —
I should otherwise I hereby lose profit at 15 per cent upon —
so much Capital which makes for that term —
102..9..6

N. B. The above stated as the expence of removing Utensils &c
supposes that I have a sufficient time for their removal and a
place ready provided for their reception. But I have not any such
place: and if I had, it would be impossible to effect the removal
by the 25th instant pursuant to the notice or in the utmost
length of time that I could expect consistently with such notice:
nor could I, without incurring a great additional expence over
and above the aforesaid expence of £683..3..8 undertake to
have removed them by any particular day earlier than Michaelmas
next. —

Three quarters of a Years rent of other premises which it
would be necessary to hire immediately; and before the 25th of this
instant March that the same might be in readiness to receive my
said Utensils on their removal of £180 per Year.

Recapitulation —
Loss by 3 3/4 Years interest of the premises — £825..0..0
Do by removeable erection and Stock — 102..9..6
Do by Rent of fresh premises — 135..0..0
£1062..9..6

N. B. As the loss by complying with the strict terms of the
Notice would be so great I cannot believe that such compliance
would be insisted on: but if it were to be insisted on, as it
would plainly be impossible to remove the removable part of the
erections and the Stock within the time I could do no otherwise
than charge as loss the total value which upon the nearest Guess
I could give not regarding it as necessary for this purpose to give an
accurate one such as I could abide by I could not set down at
less than £5000 more or less. But whether I were to quit on the
