Agreable to your request I have surveyed your premises
on Mill Bank Westminster and which calculation includes the Brick
Layers and Smiths work to the Stills and Vats also the Plumbers
Work Pipes & to Do Crane and Wood work Mill and firing Wharf
Wall and Copying the out Buildings and fence Round Garden.
But does not include any of the Vats and fixing the Stills with
Copper or Pewter Pipes Pumps Brass Cocks & connected with Do the
Liquor & Spirit Backs or any of the Articles belonging to the said
Backs, Stills or Vats — The above Surveyed and valued
at the Sum of Two thousand six hundred and seventeen
pounds six shillings — March 1800
