II. Loss in respect of my interest in a Leasehold Estate
consisting of the said Public House and three other
Houses adjoining, held under the Lean above just
mentioned.
1. The annual value of the House with the
ground therewith occupied by me, consisting of
A. R. P. (No. 7
by the Government Map) is
estimated (exclusive of the detached Building
abovementioned) at – £30
2. Rent of the House and Appurtenances in the occupation of
Mr Solomon Chambers Boat Builder – £22:3.
3. Do of Do in the occupation of Mr
Watson – £10:10
4. Do of Do in the occupation of Mr
Chamberlain – £10:10
Total of Rents so received by me on account
of the said four Houses – £73:3
Land Tax paid and borne by me under
the said Lease for the said four Houses –
Deduct outgoings as follows
Rent paid to the aforesaid Mr Fley under
the aforesaid Lean for the four Houses together – £51:0:0
Add Land tax for do paid and borne by me
the as Tenant –
Rent improved Rent neat – £
This multiplied by 3 3/4 as by above gives £
