having it in my power to continue supplying my
customers, they would be obliged to resort to other persons
in the same trade, whereby a trade which I have
raised from comparatively small beginnings, to an
amount in per yielding a real profit upwards of

hands and be altogether lost to me.

profitable part of the Year, the damage
amounts to the expence if incurred during
the unprofitable half of the Year, added
to the loss of the profit that might have been
expected upon the profitable part. Any the

as follows
