said sum of £40 a year as it becomes due, in that
case my claim to the said £150 will not take place.
Mr Foley I understand pays paid to the Marquis of
Salisbury, and will now have to pay to Government
something more than the above £40, in the by way of
viz: under a Lease comprising the my premises as above
held under him by Lease from him to me as above, as also other premises
which I hold under a separate Lease from the said in quality
Mr Foley as The Executor to Mr John Fortey and
Trustee for his Widow Mrs Mary Fortey⊞ ⊞ I hold under a separate Lease granted to me by the said Mr Foley, at the rent of £51 clear of Taxes, in rela in relation to which last mentioned Lease of which a separate statement
will be made in the Estimate of damage sustained
by the said Widow Mrs Fortey.
This matter will I suppose be being to be adjusted
in some way or other between the those four parties concerned,
viz: Mr Government, Mr Foley, Mrs Fortey
and myself, I am ready to concurr in all
such measures as shall be requisite for that
purpose.
