Letting of Pleasure Boats

Loss which will be sustained by the letting of Pleasure Boats
for 4 Years to come which taken from an Average of the 7 Years
last past at £60 p Ann after deducting £20 p Ann for fitting
up and repairs will amount to. — — £160..s0..d0
As the said Solomon Chambers must unavoidably dispose of
his pleasure Boats as having no further occasion for them by
reason of leaving his present situation a loss must inevitably
main to him which he estimates at least to be — — £40..s0..d0
Exclusive of the above demands a general loss in business must
accrue to the said Solomon Chambers and may perhaps be a
total ruin to himself and Family by the loss of his business
by having to dispose by all his stock in Trade &c and considering
the time which must necessarily be losed to him through the non—
employment of 3 Apprentices himself and Journeymen, & likewise
the great Family of 7 Children which he has to support and through
no other means than that of his business and providing he can
procure a situation to carry on his business in much time and
expences must be incurred by him for convenience of carrying
on his business in future and which can never be of so much
advantage to him as his present situation where he has been established
in business so many years and therefore he demands — — £500..s0..d0
