All that piece or parcel of Ground lying or being on or near the Wall
or Bank commonly called the Thames Bank in the Parish of St. John aforesaid containing
in front on the East side towards the River Thames from North to South 79 feet more
or less & on the West side 73 feet six ins. and in depth from East to West on the North
side 67 feet 6 ins. and on the South side 56 ft. more or less abutting East on a piece
of Ground called the Bank or Bank piece West on a Ditch that divides the sd piece
of Ground thereby demised from the Garden in the occupation of the said H Foley North on
the Bank piece and South on the Brewhouse in the occupation of the said H Foley and
also also all that Messuage or Tenement other Buildings and premises now built or in building
upon the said piece or parcel of Ground & also all that art of the Bank piece
lying between the said piece of Ground and the River Thams but no building whatever
to be erected thereon except proper fences rails or pallisadoes & the same to be fixed
at a sufficient distance before the front of the aforesd Buildings in such manner as
last mentioned piece of Ground contains on front towards the sd River from North to South
82 ft. more or less on the West side 79 ft. on the North side 31 ft. and on the South
side 28 ft. 5 ins. be the same more or less all which premises are now in the occupation
of the sd Henry Foley. – Except Timber Trees &c –
