3. Question 3. "Upon what terms the Tenants of
"such Houses or Buildings hold possession of the same".

Answer. If there be any such new
buildings, the terms on which the Tenants respectively
hold possession can not but be are such as subject
such possession to be defeated divested at any time on the immediately upon
