Compensation continued

A notion which on this head I must confess I had been led to flatter myself
with was that as between subject and subject, and King and King, so between
King and subject title by compact would, by a Committee of the Parliament
House, been have, to all purposes but that of legal compliance, have
been regarded as good title: and that accordingly, supposing it
agreed upon that in favour a Penitentiary Establishment should be recommended,
the choice of that in which in the way of performance
so much had been done, and ever on both sides would have was a matter of

which any contract the performance of which land its whole length might
be rescinded would of course be good in this case. So in like

as concerning myself to have a title in a case in which
I could not myself find any ground for any such conception, would be
altogether so it seemed to me inconsistent and as well as fruitless.
It is of course by these our own conceptions of the number and not by
