Of the several questions that lie before me that which regard
eventual compensation
The point of compensation question of about eventual is the only one that to which it remains
for me to submitt to my answer: to of the several
questions that lie before me.

But, considering that the rescission of the Contract is
the only event in which any provision on this head
will come to be made, I hope to stand excused for
wishing to postpone my answer to that any questions defer giving any answer
on this head, until that in event intimation of a determination to that effect shall have been
signified to given to me. I am,
