The strength of the temptation will be in the magnitude of the
advantage which by the supposition is a sinister one. The
simplest shape in which it can manifest exist is that of an
allow a partnership and consequently variable share in the profit, or that of a
sort of rent or fixed allowance which thing paid out of the profits if fixt.
In these any such simple shape it may perhaps sometimes
though it will not always be to be reached by investigation:
but there are other shapes there are in abundance which investigation
can never reach. Dealings to the amount in question by a relative of one of the parties

From no such occasional and unfrequently repeated
as can be provided by ordinary regulation can of any effectual

can be afforded against abuse.
