With respect to the choice of your Memorialist
as the person Feoffee in whose name the said
intended purchase shall be made, he has only begs leave
to observe that the suggestion proceeded not from himself but from the
gentleman by whom the Bill was drawn by

purpose and him only no other person that the choice provision
