The In speaking of the plan to be made
purchase of as aforesaid your Lordships may
be pleased to observe that I confine myself has observed that your Memorialist confines the demand
to the estate already appropriated from to the Penitentiary
system under the original Act. The
Act of the last Session upon under this head
gives your Lordships an option, he observes it is true
between the Land aforesaid and "any other
as convenient and proper spot of ground" situated
within any of certain Counties therein
referred to. The reasons For the introduction of this option
no option Your Lordships being not the less at
liberty to make fix upon the confirm fix upon
the land aforesaid and thereby confirm adhere to the appropriation
so long ago and so deliberately
made, it is your Memorialist's humber hope
and for from reliance that⊞ ⊞ upon your Memorialist's humble application, an for as much as such adherence is not objected to but unless it be on the part of a certain description of persons whose objections have already been over-ruled by competent authority your Lordships
will be pleased so to do to fix thereupon upon the
said spot without looking waiting to look out for any other.
