in this first stage of the business as also to give to answer by anticipation
to any application suggestion attempt, if any such should
be made for of a different choice to divert your
Lordships choice to and from the existing spot so deliberately
and unexceptionally chosen to any other.
For this purpose your Memorialist will in the first place beg
leave in general terms to refer your Lordships if necessary to
a paper which had the honour to the paper marked A being the copy of delivered by him to Mr
Nepean before the in the and at an early period of the treaty,
of which a copy is subjoined to the present Memorial

subsists no longer: viz:
1. A reluctance on the part of the a Proprietor
to part with their his property. 2. A reluctance
on the part of certain persons inhabitants of the neighbourhood
to see an establishment for such a purpose
instituted in their vicinity.
1. As to objec reluctance on the part of of Proprietors,⊞ ⊞ an object the invalidity of which is assumed and recognized by this as well as every other Act which has been ever made for taking private ground for public purposes, the relevancy relevancy of it in the present instance in particular stands that
ground of objection is fully discussed in the
paper above referred to. Happily however
it has no longer any place. The two persons
interested are the Archbishop of York in right

Spencer as Lessee for leases under a beneficial Lease.
On the part of his Grace the no such reluctance never ever
subsisted
