Even without looking to the tenor of the treaty, your
Lordships will stand aa equally engaged will find yourselves to stand sufficiently engaged by the words
of the Act, when explained by the nature of the case.
By The words of the Act require your Lordships are
required to make choice of a spot for the purpose of
and by the words of the Act, when
the nature of the transaction comes to be considered, your
Memorialist has a necessary negative, as your Lordships
