5. Prayer of the Memorial
1—to fix upon the old spot—
The object of this Mememorial is therefore
humbly to pray— That your Lordships would, in
execution as well of the said Act, as in pursuance
of the Treaty aforesaid, and that with as much
dispatch as his Majesty's Service will admit, be
pleased to take the requisite steps for bringing
the said Treaty to a conclusion—

Memorialist
feoffee—
Moreover, that in the mean time, and without
waiting for such conclusion, your Lordships would
also be pleased to make Appointment of your
Memorialist in quality of such Feoffee, for the
purpose of obtaining possession of the said Land,
as speedily as may be, under the said Act

for King's
Warrant for
£10,000—
Lastly, that in like manner, and without
waiting for the Signature of the said Treaty, your
Lordships would also be pleased to take the —
requisite measures for obtaining his Majesty's sign
Manual, to a Warrant for the Sum of £10,000,
in addition to the nominal £2000 (reduced by
Taxes and Fees to £1878"15"6 which your
Memorialist, in part Reimbursement of his Expences,
has received already.
