The 13 Acres, on which his new built villa has
been erected, are saparated from the spot in question,
by nothing but a road. Not a foot of the spot in
question but - is fully seen from his house. -
Not a foot of his House or Land but is fully
seen from every part of the Spot in question -
Mr. Sewel had for some time Advertized his estate
or a part of it, to be sold or let on a building
lease. Mr. Sewel's wish and expectation of making
such disposition of his estate continues unchanged.
Mr. Sewel, before he had any knowledge of your
Memorialist or any intercourse with him on the
Subject, was indifferent to the Establishment. Mr.
Sewel, since he has had your Memorialist plans
stated and explained to him, is pleased with the
establishment, and impatient to see it take place.
He sees what it will be. It will add singularly to
beauty: it will crown the eminence: it will give
life and Ornament to the Country. It will be a
lantern: it will be a bee-hive: it will be a glass bee-
