Wherefore, and inasmuch as your Memorialist's
ability of executing his said proposed undertaking
depends upon the confirmation of the existing
choice in respect of the land unless it were upon
such terms of encreased burthen to the public as
he is satisfied your Lordships could never think
fit to accede to, nor could he bring himself to propose,
and inasmuch as his ability of keeping
himself in a condition to enter upon his said
proposed undertakings has already been much
impaired and is on the point of perishing, it
is your Memorialist's earnest entreaty that
your Lordships will be pleased to bestow upon
this his humble Memorial the speediest decision
that his Majesty's service will admitt, and
your Memorialist shall ever pray & —c
