2. Moreover that in the mean time, and without
waiting for such conclusion, your Lordships would also
be pleased to make appointment of your Memorialist
in quality of such Feoffee for the purpose of obtaining
possession of the said land as speedily
as may be under the said Act —

Warrant for £10,000

3. Lastly, that in the like manner, and without
waiting for the signature of the said treaty, your
Lordships would also be pleased to take the requisite
measures for obtaining his Majesty's sign manual,
to a Warrant for the sum of £10,000 in addition
to the nominal £2,000 (reduced by taxes &
fees to £1878.15s.6d) which your Memorialist in
part reimbursed of his expences, has received
already.

in respect to the dispatch which your Memorialist
thus humbly prays, it becomes necessary for him to
sollicit, and as he may say with reference to some
