of Lincolns Inn Esq:r to the Lord's Commissioners
of his Majesty's Treasury, dated
the of Dec:r 1798.
Wanted to purchase,
for a public purpose,
for which 30 Years purchase will be given
upon
the Yearly value, to be ascertained by joint appraisement —
At spot of ground, consisting of 80 Acres or thereabouts,
in the vicinity of and having water-communication
with, the Metropolis.
Persons under disability will be enabled to convey
such as Corporations aggregate or sole, Tenants for
life or in tail of settled Estates, Tenants in right
of their Wives, Guardians of Infants, Committees of
Idiots or Lunaticks, Executors to whom Land has
been divised for sale, or other purposes —
Subsisting Leases will be no impediment —
