Understanding from you, if my conceptions did
not deceive me, that it had has been determined that the
Tothill Fields Division and Inclosure Bill for the purpose of the Proposed Penitentiary House should shall be
brought in next Session, and that the Notices necessary requested

and observing from the printed Standing Orders of the House of
