be forgiven the further liberty I take not improperly intrusive, in in humbly
requesting that official information may moreover be given me of
such their Lordships order, so soon in the directions upon the
issuing of the same, as likewise of the several any subsequent steps
which may come to be taken in consequence thereof.
The parties to whom it will be requisite that such
notices should be given may be found by turning
to the case with which the draught of the Bill
perused and approved by the Atty and Soltr
Genl: was accompanied. A fo consideration that
may contribute to evince the propriety of the communication
hereby sollicited, is, that having on a former occasion had the
honour of attending the Ld Bishop of Rochester in
his quality of Dean and of Westmr, and afterwards
of attending a meeting of the Dean and Chapter who
in their quality of Lords of the Liberty of
Westminster are Proprietors principally interested in quality
as Owners of the soil, and having been treated received
on both occasions been received with the politeness attention due to the authority
on behalf of which I appeared it was necessary I should appear, it may perhaps
be deemed a suitable mark of respect on my
part to wait upon his Lordship should the
notices in question come to be given, for the purpose that I should as previously wait upon his Lordship
of giving him a more confidential intimation afresh, for the purpose of⊞ ⊞ bringing back to his
reviving his recollection the
mind the memory nature of
of the trans state of
the business to his recollection, after
so long an interval him of what is to
and the abruptness preemptiveness of an otherwise official unsuspected
legal notice preparing him for the reception of
official and legal notice.
