Panopticon Hill near Battersea Rises

To Young Clergymen resident in the two Universities
of

Desirous, according to the measure of his ability,
of contributing to the growth of useful talents, and affording
of a giving encouragement to , and affording
to merit in every useful an opportunity of manifesting itself
to rising talents in every useful love of careful study
the opportunity of displaying showing manifesting themselves, the Governor
of the Penitentiary Establishment gives this public
notice, inviting requesting such any young Clergyman of
either University who may be inclined to favour humour
in the Chapel
him with a Sermon, to sent in his name and College
and Degrees
address directed as above, any time within a month
from the date hereof.
