That Your Memorialist, observing that the
said intended portion of the said Waste to be
intersected in divers places by roads belonging to certain roads, or rights <add> of way</add>
it appurtenant to and in the present state of things, necessary to the occupation of two contiguous certain has several several
Estates the property belonging to Henry Wise of the Priory near
Warwick Esquire, both of them contiguous to each other and to the said
Waste (which said Estates are respectively distinguished by the appellations of Lot B nd Lot C in the Map hereunto annexed) and that the continuance of the
said rights of way would be productive of
great inconvenience to the in respect of the good order and management of the said
Penitentiary Establishment the in case the
said intended portion of the said Waste were to be
appropriated to the same. And Moreover that
on one of the said Estates to wit the said Lot B
certain tenements buildings had been erected in which there
were and still are then and still are carried on certain
works for the boiling of the flesh of Horses and other
animals, of sometimes in the putrid state as also for the boiling or roasting Tallow
Chandlers refuse called from both of which all
an extremely noisome and unwholesome vapour
is there discharged by which at times not only is exhaled
said the smell whereof is at times diffused not
only over the said intended portion of the said Waste
but also over every part of the said Salisbury
Estateon one of the said Estates to wit the said Lot B
