Proposition purchase money for the 35 Acres to be advanced to Memorialist to be laid out as opportunities occur. The interest mean time to serve for his indemnification

Your Memorialist begs further submitts leave also to submitt
to your Lordships a letter
In the event
of his it being Your Lordships pleasure that
the ere said intended Contract should be signed, and
the said Building be proceeded upon begun to be erected in the said
Salisberry Estate, without waiting for the appropriation
of the said 35 Acre of Waste Your
Memorialist begs leave further to submitt to
Your Lordships whether by way of temporary
or and provisional indemnification for in respect of the deficiencyfor that would thence arising in the said quantity of La Groundfor it might not appear respectable and be reasonable and conformable to the spirit of the treaty between Your Lordship and Your Memorialist that a sum of money should be imparted advanced to
impress into to the hand of your Memorialist

that an advance should be made to your Memorialist
a sum of money adequate to the purchase of
that such deficient quantity of Ground: To Mr Nepean
This was also a spontaneous suggestion of Mr Long repeated at several different times but which it was thought better to omit here
the same to be paid such sum quantum of or such intended purchase money, to be
computed at the same rate per acre as in the case of the purchase
already made of the said Salisbury
Estate: such said sum to be applied either to the purchase
of the said 35 Acres of Waste, if, within any
reasonable span of time, the same shall be
attainable obtainable, or to the purchase of any such other
parcel or parcels of Ground contiguous or near
adjacent to the said already made purchase as
may within any such reasonable span of time
be a conveniently to be purchased under the powers
of the said existing Act: the surplus of such intended
purchase-money if any should any be remaining
