after the purchase made of the said quantity of
35 Acres, to be forthwith carried to the account
of such sums of money as the next sum of
money which Your Memorialist will have
to receive in virtue of either of his intended his said intended Contract
Contracts, over that for the creation of the Building
or that for the the said
the principal of such sum, but not the interest and
or any such part thereof of any as may chance to be in
the hands of Your Memorialist at the time of
his , to be refunded under Your
accounted for and paid over (but without interest) by this personal Representatives
under the direction of Your Lordships to his
intended Successors
for the benefit of the said
establishment to his intended Successors, in respect
thereof
in such manner as Your Lordships shall
be pleased to direct. Your Memorialist submitting submitting
at the same time that humbly begging
to the consideration of Your Lordships to deciding observe that in some of the money
which would be sufficient for the purchase of
a given quantity of land is not by any means
(considering the nature of Your Memor the said
intended establishment) by any means a full
equivalent for the possession of the land itself:
a point of which he is so fully convinced, that
for any such land quantity, if any, as Your
Lordships should not (in the considerations above-mentioned) think fit to annex to the said
establishment gratis, in the consideration above-mentioned
he would gladly, supposing the same to be purchased make an allowance at
the rate of 5 per Cent upon the purchase money to be deducted
out of such annual sums as he would otherwise
have to receive in virtue of his said intended Contract.

This obligation of refunding
is now proposed spontaneously
by Mr B nothing
was said of it by Mr Long.
All the favor Mr B hopes
for is its being left at his
disposal and not held up
it would be highly to his
disadvantage not to have
is always ready for purchase
of land.
