the charge of indemnification in respect of the
said several instances, should possession come to be taken to be taken thereof respectively at the public expence before the said 29th of Septr next is daily growing less and less without expence to the public by
lapse of time – that with respect to a part
of the said Estate, (though it is, and for some
time will be absolutely impossible for Your Memorialist
say say for certain precisely what part) of the
said Estate, the desires for such indemnification
may thus be extinguished gratis – that such the
extinction said several extinctions, being effected either by taking lapse of time or by express absolute
sacrifices made by Your Memorialist, will
all be effected at this expence – that after all
his efforts exertions thus and otherwise made for the his exertions made in the above and many other ways other of for the
purpose of keeping down the expence be its amount of the said charge, it remains
still in doubt a matter of doubt abo with him, whether it will be possible to keep
the same down within the £1,000, being the sume at for
which Your Memorialist (adopting the proposal
made by the noble Marquis the former Landlord
and approved by the Surveyor General of
Crwn Lands) offered to take and would without loss have taken, the same upon himself:–
that in this way the said quantum amount of the
said charge has already been and be the since the Date of the offer
so made of the Estate by the value upwards of
commencement of the for the as aforesaid purchase of the said Estate been already reduced by
one Year's value of the said Leases and since the the amount of upwards of a Year and a quarter's value and since the date of
the purchase though of the said Estate, by upwards of half a years
value, of the said Leases – that thus in one way or other all
remaining difficulties will one day or other or be are that
but in every instance at Your Memorialist's expence
which
have arisen out of the plan of negotiation which Your
Memorialist has found himself obliged to pursue,
Your Memorialists expence. are in a way to be removed, but in every instance at at the expence, and to the irretrievable loss and detriment of Your Memorialist.
