In conclusion Your Memorialist humbly
begs to be informed of the pleasure of Your
Lordships in relation to the several points
following, viz that is to say —
1. Whether the Draught of the said intended Contract, as settled
by the Attorney and Sollicitor General as aforesaid
subject to such alterations as may be found requisite,
by reason of the said augmentation of the number
of prisoners to be accommodated, and of the intervening increase
of prices, shall now be executed prepared for signature? the
amount of such encrease to settled in the way of reference by
two Architects one named on each side, or in any and what other mode?
2. Whether the in filling up the blanks therein
left for the specification of the ground, Your
Memorialist shall be required in the clause
a stipulation shall be inserted in preempting obliging Your
for the erection of the said Building upon the said Salisbury
Estate, or whether any provision shall
therein be reserved for the eventual employment
of the said portion of Tothill Field for the said
purpose?
3. Whether any stipulation the said sum
of £500 shall be advanced to Your Memorialist
for the obtaining of immediate possession
of the quantity of Land immediately necessary for
the commencement of the said intended Building?
