4. Whether, in the filling up the said blanks,
any stipulation or stipulations shall be inserted, relative to the
annexation of the said Lots B, C, & D., to
said Salisbury Estate?
5. Whether in lieu of any one or more of the
said Lots or untill it can be shall have
been the purchase thereof shall respectively have
been made, any sum, in the nature of compensation
or indemnification money, shall be advanced
to Your Memorialist in such proportion procure
as is hereby suggested (paragraph ) or in what other
proportion, and on such terms as are herein
also suggested (paragraph ) or what other terms?
6. Whether, in respect of the annual head money
for the maintenance of the said Prisoners, the sum
of £12, demanded and to by and granted to Your Memorialist, in July
1793, shall continue, or whether an additional allowance
equal to that made⊞ ⊞ several years ago though that since that period, since that period but several to the Contractors on the
Hulk plan, in consideration of the then intervening rise of prices,
shall not be made to him, amounting viz: a penny a day, amounting
