of the Prisoners, the sum of £12, demanded by, and
granted to, Your memorialist, in July 1793, shall continue — or
whether an additional allowance, equal to that made several
Years ago, though since that period, to the Contractors on the Hulk
Plan, in consideration of the then intervening rise of prices, shall
not be made to him: — viz. a penny a day; amounting to £1..s10..d5
a year; making £14, instead of £12.2
