with its proportionable eventual addition, of supernumerary
Prisoners, and quondam Prisoners, all of them
to be provided for, on a quantity of land, which,
at the upmost, can never come to exceed the said
total quantity of 112 Acres. —
Of the said quantity of 112 Acres, 35 Acres
are in a state of absolute waste: many Acres thereof
being constantly covered with Water, and requiring
to be drained, as well as the whole thereof to be
fenced.
Under these circumstances, Your Memorialist
humbly submitts, whether the said total quantity of
112 Acres, should the completion thereof prove at any time
to be attainable, would be excessive.

respect of the deficiency thence arising in the said quantity
of Ground, it might not be reasonable, and
conformable to the spirit of the treaty between Your
