should be made to Your Memorialist, adequate to the
purchase of such deficient quantity of Ground: the
quantum of such intended purchase money, to be
computed at the same rate per Acre, as in the case
of the purchase already made, of the said Salisbury
Estate; such sum to be applied — either to the purchase
of the said 35 Acres of Waste, if, within any
reasonable space of time the same shall be obtainable,
or to the purchase of any such other parcel or parcels of
Ground, contiguous or near adjacent to the said already
made purchase, as may, within such reasonable space
of time, be conveniently to be purchased, under the
powers of the said existing Act: the surplus of such
intended purchase-money (should any be remaining after
the purchase made of the said 35 Acres) to be forthwith
carried to the account, of the next sum of money which
Your Memorialist will have to receive, in virtue of the
said intended Contract: the principal of such sum, or
such part thereof, if any, as may chance to be in the
hands of Your Memorialist at the time of his decease,
to be accounted for and paid over (but without interest)
by his personal representatives, for the benefit
of the said Establishment, to his intended Successors,
in such manner as Your Lordship shall be pleased
to direct: — Your Memorialist submitting at the same
time
