Money.6. Whether, in respect of the annual head-money
for the maintenance of the Prisoners, the sum of £12,

July 1793, shall continue — or whether an additional allowance,
equal to that made several years ago, though
since that period, to the Contractors on the Hulk Plan,
in consideration of the then intervening rise of prices,
shall not be made to him: — viz: a penny a day, amounting
to £1..10s..5d a year: or rather (to make even
money, and in consideration of the further subsequent
rise of prices, to a still greater amount) £2 a Year;
making £14, instead of £12? —
