Accordingly a determination was taken to set it aside,
substituting a system of Board Management in the room of it,
and to this purpose a Committee of the House of Commons
named of course by the Secretary of State for the House
department was to be moved for and appointed.

For the conduct of the business an Honourable Gentleman
intimately connected with the Secretary of State presented
himself and or was found.

In the situation of Chairman of this Committee he to his
own use confided was no to find reason for rescinding the pronouncing
judgment of rescission forfeitures on the existing Contract, and to
form the new plan of management that was to take the
place of it. In this character of Judge ad hoc Commissioners
specially appointed for this special purpose, it
was settled that judgment of forfeiture could be pronounced
upon against the possessor of the Contract and that for the trouble
of preparing and pronouncing this judgment, the benefit
of the Contract or such part of it as should be found
transferable capable of being conveyed under the new
place so different a plan of management should in
the character of reward for so meritorious a service be granted
to the Honourable and learned Judge.

Suppose a lessee of an estate as land under the Crown
to have become obnoxious, or on the part of a Lord Chief
Justice of the King's Bench in some extraordinary shapea degree of merit to have displayed
itself, for which an adequate retribution was on
the one part desired to be afforded, on the other part to be
received, the value of the lease being a thing not beneath the acceptance
of a Lord Chief Justice. Suppose it settled, that for the
accomplishment of so desirable an object, a suit in requisite form should
be instituted before his
Lordship, and judgment
of forfeiture being having been reputedly pronounced,
and execution
taken out, a print has
thereupon be made of the
