1. No . 2. It had received information over and over
and from Administration
That there was an existing Contract could not be disputed.
That to against the circumstances of its formation not the shadow of an
objection could be raised, not so much as the shadow of
suspicion opposed.
That under a number of successive Administrations
it had received information after confirmation: 1. ordinary and extraordinary confirmation
in the per Ao 1798 from a Committee of Parliament the great Committee on Finance.
2. Confirmation Ao 1799 by from the Treasury by money given
for the purchase of ground.
