to him or to any person whom he may
appoint in four equal quarterly
payments during that time as may
appear to the sd Lords of the Treasury
to be sufficient for the making such
Reward the first quarterly payment
thereof to be made 3 months after
the passing this Act of such account shall
have been delivered 14 days as the least
before the expiration of such period of
3 months or if such account shall not
have been so delivered within such
period then 14 days after the delivery
of such account Provided always that
every such payment which may be so
made to the sd J Bentham as aforesaid that
be taken into account to the credit of the public
upon the final Settlement between the public
& the sd J Bentham And provided always that
no such payment shall be in any degree
considered as admitting or sanctioning the
validity of any charge which may be made
as the account hereinbefore directed to be
delivered to the Lord of the Treasury.
