But among the persons of whom this that Finance Committee was
composed were as well as other members of both Houses in great numbers several by whom the system of machinery in
question had been seen at work with the articles which
were produced by it and the mode of operation had been
seen: and when it is observed how upon a review of
that whole body of that evidence it is observed how stron

Mr Dundas took those further measures in the course of which the purchase
of the spot in question Tothill Fields was effected, it
is hoped that the word appears will not be thought unwarranted.
