With the exception of a twelvemonths few months Ministry, in
constant habits with everybody who has ever been Minister
against the unoffending individual whom he had
marked out for his prey victim, and the property situation which he
had marked out for his prey, the Right Honourable
Gentlemen have all along had possessed the
faculty of insinuating suggesting whatsoever presented itself as best
adapted to the purpose, the individual all the while
unconscious, unknown, unheeded, unheard, defenceless helpless.
