To MANUFACTURERS in general, and to
MAGISTRATES and other Gentlemen who
are Friends to Morality, Industry and
Enterprise.
Wanted a Person or Persons capable of undertaking the
Setting-up of a Manufacture or Manufactures of and Kind, to be
carried on by new Hands, some of them Women. The Numbers
capable of being applied to the Business are already from Two to
Three Hundred; but in certain Events it may admit of very
considerable Extension. The Concern may be worth the Attention
of Persons already settled in Business for themselves; as, besides
something certain, an Encouragement will be given in proportion
to the Success. Secrecy, if required, will be inviolably observed.
Letters received will be immediately acknowledged. Postage need
not be paid, but will be paid in return. Apply (by Letter only)

N. B. It is not to go in Foreign Parts. — It being a Public
Concern, any Gentleman or other Person, in whose Power it may
be to give Information of Businesses that are soon learnt, are not
unhealthy, take up little Room, and in which the Commodity goes
through but few Stages before it is brought to a Marketable
State, may have the Satisfaction of rendering a Public Service.
