As to the Paupers, the present Inhabitants of - and to the
Paupers

the Poor House and their Successors, they will
be put in the same plight and condition they
are in at present, with no other difference than
the having a new house to live in instead of a
decay'd one, and without removing further than
to another part of the same Waste, more rated
and not above a couple ofdistant not more than 4 or 500 Yards
distant from their present abode.

The other parties interested [+] will have their
compensation partly in money partly in
kind i:e: in the shape of an allotment out of [+] (viz: Dean and
Chapter, the Inhabitants
of the United Parishes,
and the Rector of St Johns
in his capacity of Title
-owner)

the Waste: and at any rate will have something
instead of nothing.
