In this the present Bill no mention (it may perhaps be observed)
is made of any consent on the part of any Admitted that
consent is not
reversed viz:
because
1. The non-necessity
of it is
already established
of the parties interested. In point of fact
no consent has been obtained nor has any
application been made for that purpose, except
to the Dean and Chapter, to whose public
public situation it was looked upon as proper due
complement on the Posting of a complement.[+]
That, for a purpose like such as the present no consent
is necessary h is a point already
(as above observed) decided upon upon by the legislature
which has already subjected [+] all the [+] to the comparative
persons in question
to the compulsive powers in question lands within the four Counties all the contiguous
to the Metropolis, with no other exceptions than
what are made in favour of habitations and
the pretium affectionis in the instance of
dwelling houses with their appurtenances.
