Preamble

And whereas the said Waste has partlypart
thereofin the Pari said Parish of St Margaret
and partly in the said Parish of St John and
otherwhich is a perpetual Curacy the Rectory
thereof being Impropriate in the hands of
the said Dean and Chapter and no
tithes being customarily paid thereto and partly
in the Pa said Parish of St John which
is a Rectory

An whereas doubts have arisen whether
the provisions in the said Act of the 7th of
July 1794 can be deemed to extend to Land
in the state of Waste and subject to rights
of Common And whereas no purchase
of any ground for the purposes of the said
Act of the 7th of July 1794 hath as yet been made
