Dean & Chapter
to be indemnified
by the Teoffees against
any overplus
of compensation
money for the Cricket
ground beyond
their Share in the
Lot to be purchased
by the Teoffees

Provided always that if and be it hereby
enacted that if any money should be awarded
to be paid by the said Dean and
Chapter fo or for the benefit of the said United Parishes in the one part or to or
for the benefit of the said Rector of St John's
in compensation on the other part or to and
for the benefit of both the said parties
respectively on account of their respective interests
in such the said Lot B portion B of the said Waste
hereby intended to be allotted in sympathy separate to the sum of the said
Dean and Chapter in fees for the benefit of the
said Scholars as aforesaid and if the amount of such compensation
money or compensation monies should
so to be paid by the said Dean and Chapter should exceed the amount of the purchase money
share of the said Dean and Chapter in the
purchase money to be paid by the said Teoffee
or Teoffees for the said Lot A hereby
intended to be purchased for the purposes of
as aforesaidthis Act then and in such case the overplus
shall be paid repaid to the said Dean and
Chapter by the said Teoffee or Teoffees.
