Application

Poor: Assessment as is applied to the Relief of the
Poor not being excepted and such compensation so
to be made shall be deemed to be and taken and is hereby declared
to be a full compensation for all rights of
common exercisible in and upon or in relation
to the said waste and every part thereof [+] and [+]1 the right of shorting
rubbish only excepted
by all or any persons
whatsoever: from and after entry made in and upon the
said several lots A, B. & C into which the said Whole
is hereby intended to be divided [+]2 all such rights of [+]2 such entry being made for the purpose
of taking possession
of such respective
lots
common exercisible except said right of shorting rubbish in upon or in relation to
the said several lots or portions of the said waste
(the said right of shooting rubbish only excepted) shall for ever cease and be extinguished, and
all persons exercising or attempting to exercise
the same or any off of them shall be deemed Rubbish right
draft
trespassers.
