Rubbish

Obligation of
recovering Rubbish
to be confined to
Lot A.

And as touching the said right of depositing
Rubbish bebe it to hereby further enacted that
the said Lots B and C and every part
thereof is and are hereby for ever exonerated
and discharged therefrom: and that the said
rights shall continue to be exercised in
and upon the said Lot A only, that is
to say on any such convenient spot therein
as shall from time be assigned for that purpose by the said Feoffee
or Feoffees the said right remaining
in other respects unchanged and in the
hands of all such persons in in whose hands
the same is vested at this present: Provided
also that always that the said Feoffee or
Feoffees shall not be obliged to admitt of the
depositing of any rubbish or of the entry
of any carr cart or other carriage for that
purpose at any earlier time in any day
than half an hour after sunrise, nor at
any later time in any day than half
an hour before sunset And if any person
or persons should at any time be dissatisfied
with the spot so assigned by the said
Feoffee or Feoffees for the depositing of such rubbish it shall and may be
lawful to and for the Justices of the Peace for
