Tothill Fields Bill §15

so soon as provision shall have been made
for the reception and accommodation of the said poor inhabitants
in manner hereinaftermentioned it
shall and may be lawful to and for the said Feoffee
or Feoffees [+] to enter in and upon the said [+] by warrant for
that purpose obtained
under the bands and
seals of any two Justices
of the Peace acting for the City and
Liberty of Westminster
which warrant may be
according to the form

ennexed to this Act
Poor House or any part thereof with the appurtenances and
the same to pull down and the materials
as well as the site thereof to apply to the use ofthereof to d employ upon the said intended
Penitentiary House with its appurtenances.
