§ 18
Expences how
to be defrayed
And be it further enacted and declared
that the expence of the said
Commissioners or Arbitrators and all other
expences the expence of making surveys
of and Roads, Drains and Fences in
and upon the said Lot C and all other
expences relative to the said Lot C [+] shall [+] (except the expence,
of building
and fencing the
said int new
Poor House with
the appurtenances
as above mentioned)
be defray'd out of the purchase money
paid by the said Feoffee or Feoffees into the Bank of England as the
purchase money for the said Lot A: and
a reasonable such a portion thereof as
shall be deemed by the said Commissioners
or A Feoffee or Feoffees necessary and sufficient for the said purpose shall be set apart
for the said purpose in the first instance and reserved in the
Bank for the said purpose before any
part shall be placed out in Government
Securities in manner hereinbefore mentioned:
and the said Commissioners or the major part of them shall from prevent at any
such meeting as
aforesaid
him, by draw order upon the said Bank
of England, countersigned by the said Feoffee
or Feoffees of the major part of such
Feoffees, draw for such monies as shall
be necessary for the defraying of such expences: And
