§ 21
Petition in Chancery
by any party
Dissatisfied with
any award or
proceeding of
the Commissioners
And be it further enacted that if any
one of the said parties or any other person
should be dissatisfied with any award
made by the said Commissioners or with
any proceeding on the part of the said Commissioners
at any such meeting as aforesaid
it shall and may be lawful for any
person so dissatisfied to make application apply in
a summary way of Petition to the High Court of Chancery
whereupon the said Court may and shall
take such order in the premises as in to
the discretion of the said Court shall appear
meet and best adapted to the carrying
into the execution the several purposes
of this Act and to that end shall may either
make order upon the said Commissioners Arbitrators
or Arbitrators for the direction of their proceedings or
make the appointment or appointments
supercede all or any of the said Commissioners
and issue a new commission to [+] (the said Commissioners or Arbitrators
or any of them
included or included) not excluded)
directed to any othersuch persons [+] (the said Commissioners as it
Commissioners or Arbitrators or any of them included or not
included) as it shall seem good to the said High Court in
its discretion to appoint and in case the said Court it should
judge any
