Lord of Manor
to be treated with
a convey
And be it farther enacted and declared
that in so far as any spot of ground so fixed
upon as aforesaid shall happen to consist of
Land in the state of Waste and Common Land
the Feofee or Feofees in the said Act mentioned
may treat with the Lord or Lords of the
Manor of which the said Land is parcel And
every such conveyance and assurance made of
any such Land by any such Lord or Lords
for the purpose of the said Act shall be as binding
and effectual in law as if such land were
the absolute property [in separate ownership] of
the said Lord or Lords And all Corporations,
aggregate or sole, Ecclesiastical, Civil
or Eleemosynary, Husbands, Guardians, Committees,
Executors, and all other Trustees
not only on behalf of themselves but also on
behalf of their cestuy que trusts, whether Infants
Issue unborn: Lunatics, Idiots, Fesnes Covert
or other person or persons under any disability
whatsoever and also all other persons seized or
possessed of or interested in every such Manor are
hereby empowered to convey and assure such Land
and every all Corporations and every all persons so conveying
or assuring are herby indemnified for what the they shall respectively respectively so do by virtue
of this Act.
